Our Work

Early Childhood Education

For low-income families who want affordable pre-school education and are dissatisfied with Anganwadis, TatvaGyan provides a good foundation by enabling fun learning and instil a love for learning in children from a young age.

Our three-level education programs make the children at the Bottom of the Pyramid start off on the right foot by having them be in a learning environment early. It also allows parents to make a commitment to a certain level of educational quality even before their children experience the local school system.

Remedial Education

For low-income families who want to supplement their wards' limited school education, TatvaGyan provides a level-based and not age-based program, thus giving each child a chance to catch up with the class level requirements. The programs aim to bridge multiple year learning gaps across primary level in a specified period of time.

The TatvaGyan approach and the tools used are independent of the existing education system but at the same time remain in alignment with the broad educational requirements.

Women Empowerment

An important aspect of our model is to incorporate local community members for last-mile education delivery. TatvaGyan's innovative selection practices, intensive mentor training module along with continuous skill-sets development of our mentors helps us in effective program implementation.

TatvaGyan provides dignified and convenient livelihood opportunities and simultaneously builds ownership of the program at the grassroots level. It also improves the socioeconomic status of women teachers and while simultaneously creating women leaders and role models in local communities.
